Nutritional Health Supplements With No Fruits Or Vegetables

I have few questions regarding my diet and nutritional vitamin and health supplements. First of all I’m a 23 years old male. I have a problem in eating vegetables and fruits. In my daily diet I don’t eat any. It is very rare that I eat vegetables or fruits. Can you guide me regarding what supplements I should take in order to have a good and healthy body. I mean the supplements to cover all the losses. I hope to hear from you soon.

Ok, the first thing to understand and accept here is that nutritional health supplements, even the absolutely most effective formulas out there, ARE NOT going to replace the need for a regular intake of fruits and vegetables in your diet !
That’s why they are called supplements - because they are supplemental to a ‘normal’ functioning body (and normal body functioning rests on the comprehensive nutritional foundation provided through a widely varied and healthy diet.) There is no way around this (despite what some ‘leading’ supplement companies ‘indirectly imply’ in their clever marketing presentations and literature!)
The first thing that came into mind when your email arrived Mohd was ‘why’ are you unable to eat fruits and vegetables? Is it a taste issue, a phobia, a medical condition(s) – there can be many potential reasons, physiological and/or physical. I am happy to try and help you change this part of this situation, if you wish. Just email me again Mohd and once I have more information as to the exact cause(s) of your poor diet I can offer you more than what I am going to write in this initial answer.
Based on my knowledge and experience gained from working in the nutritional supplement industry, there are only two supplements which I advise you to take.

Cooking (of any kind) changes it and (to varying degrees) destroys valuable and essential nutrients (for example: enzymes).
Mohd, sorry to have been so blunt in my response here but your nutritional situation is of concern and unfortunately it represents an increasing trend in the health of mainstream society in western countries.
If you currently have any resulting conditions which have already developed then I could advise on other supplement formulas or ingredients to help those areas more specifically, but other than that, at this time, Total Balance Men’s ‘Premium version’ (the one I use) and the Esterfied Omega 3 Fish Oil are what I advise, along with the introduction of fresh fruits and primarily raw vegetables into your diet (subject to the reasons why you currently don’t eat any).

Yes, I agree. Supplements cannot and should not take the place of fruits and veggies.
However, if the supplements are made from whole foods, then something is better than nothing, don’t you think?

I enjoyed reading through your blog post. People don’t seem to understand the importance of nutritional supplements. Our food supply’s vitamins and minerals are slowly dwindling away.

Vegetables and fruits are very important in our diet and they have many nutritional supplements which are needed to stay healthy. I agree that any supplements cannot replace the need for a regular intake of fruits and vegetables in our diet. I think that you should choose the supplements instead of vegetables or fruits if you haven’t got another choice.

Interesting stuff, I can’t believe he doesn’t eat ANY fruits or vegetables. I think that you listed so great supplements and vitamins to help with overall health and well being. I would also add that maybe you should mix in an apple every now and then.

Yes supplements are just that. To supplement the normal food intake. Not to replace food. There are far too many other minerals end elements in food that keeps our bodies healthy.

Fruit and Vegetables are essential for more than just vitamins & minerals. They help you digestive system and aid in bowel movements. The common mistake of the bodybuilder is to think supplements without veggies will give them everything they need.
