and how to effectively treat them with specialized and in some cases rare supplement ingredients.

In Part 1 of this anti aging secrets and nutritional supplements series I looked at the meaning of anti aging in respect of nutritional supplements. This, I stated, was the ability of nutritional health/vitamin supplements to tackle the number 1 most prevalent health concern of the 21 st century – PREMATURE AGING.
Premature aging is responsible for the host of degenerative diseases and illness’ which are inflicting an ever-increasing percentage of the population at younger and younger ages! The stats are climbing year in year out and I’m sure you’re all too aware of this health-devastating trend.

Sad news.
My Aunt Bette in Australia recently suffered a serious stroke and because of this I’ve decided to discuss the subject of stroke in todays entry.
[tag-tec]Heart disease[/tag-tec]/strokes are the biggest cause of death and disability in the western world yet not many people seem to be aware of how to recognize the (often subtle) symptoms of [tag-ice]stroke[/tag-ice] and the importance of quick follow-up action.
There seems to be a widely held view that when someone has a stroke it will be highly obvious and the sufferer will experience significant pain and suffering. This is not the case.
I suspect that much of the population confuses a stroke with a serious heart attack.
